Approximately 50% of our annual sales is a result of negotiated design/build work. This is accomplished through long standing relationships with leading general contractors and Lawson Electric’s commercial and industrial customer base. The remaining sales are acquired through the competitive bid market.

The most valuable asset of Lawson Electric Company is our employees. The purpose of our safety program is to provide a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. It is our goal to use every reasonable effort to achieve an accident free and healthy workplace environment. Each of our electricians go through a five year apprenticeship with complete electrical training. They also receive OSHA 10 Safety training, First Aid instruction, and CPR certification.
Lawson Electric Company has participated in the Tennessee Drug-free Workplace Program since 1998. Promoting a drug-free culture at Lawson Electric helps reduce the potential for accidents on the jobsite and at home. All employees receive annual drug-free workplace training to promote a healthy lifestyle. Training is a vital part of our successful safety program.
